SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders in Europe, US, and Canada.

DELIVERY

Please allow for 2-3 business days for production as we only produce what we sell (every phone case is made on demand). That means that all orders will take 2-3 business days prior to shipping. The day of the order does not count within the production time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Depending on the delivery address, shipping usually takes:

Europe: 4–9 business days.

US & Canada: 7–15 business days.

Please consider that these are approximate delivery times. During bank holidays or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

RETURN

If you want to return the item, please contact us at hello@artcovrr.com within 14 days of receipt of order.

PLEASE NOTE: These personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore, we cannot refund or exchange any products unless the product has a manufacturing defect or is different from the ordered item.

If the product is delivered in defective condition or different from the ordered item, please take pictures of the product and attach them to your email with an explanation.

We do not issue refunds if a reason for returning the item is not provided or the item is sent back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order within 14 days after we receive the return shipment.

Please note that all the shipping costs for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned item must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
